The victim of an alleged home-invasion robbery in Dallastown said the men who entered his East Main Street home and tied him up stole a hat, sneakers, cell phones and $83.

Jesse Huff, of the 200 block of East Main Street, said it was around 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 29 when three men came to his front door.

Huff said the men forced their way inside and used zip-ties to tie him up and to tie up the three other people in his home.

“No names, no questions, just a lot of yelling,” Huff said of what he heard from the men.

The men asked if Huff or the three others in his house had any money or any valuables, Huff added.

“They were out of there in, like, four minutes,” Huff said.

Huff said he was able to rip the zip-ties off his wrists after the men left the residence, then he used a pair of scissors to cut the ties off the others in his home.

Huff said police recovered the cell phones that were stolen from him and another person in his home.

York Area Regional Police previously told the York Daily Record that they are investigating the incident.

One of the intruders was wearing a Scream-style mask and a hooded sweatshirt and brandished a handgun, police said. A second man did not wear a mask, and police did not have a description of the third man.

Police ask anyone with information to call 741-1259.
