Towamencin Township Police, with the assistance of Philadelphia Police Department 35th District Detective Division, have arrested and charged two Philadelphia men in connection with the home invasion robbery of a home on Chadbourne Court Saturday afternoon.

Phrira Sream, 26, and Phereourn Sream, 24, both of the 5500 block of North Fairhill Street, were taken into custody Tuesday and charged with two counts of felony robbery-threatening immediate serious injury, two felony conspiracy to commit robbery counts, felony burglary of an overnight accommodation, felony criminal trespassing, two misdemeanor counts of unlawful restraint, two misdemeanor counts of false imprisonment, two misdemeanor counts of simple assault, two counts of misdemeanor reckless endangerment, two misdemeanor counts of terroristic threats, felony theft, criminal mischief and possessing an instrument of crime, police said.
A search warrant of their home recovered stolen property taken during the home invasion robbery in Towamencin Township on the 600 block of Chadbourne Court, police said.
Both were arraigned before District Judge Harold Borek, and each were sent to Montgomery County prison in lieu of $500,000 cash bail, police said.
An African-American man and a third Asian man involved in the robbery have yet to be apprehended.
A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 5 at 11 a.m. in Lansdale District Court.
Towamencin Township Police Criminal Investigations Unit had determined that the home invasion robbery was targeted and was connected to a previous incident in Philadelphia, police said.
At 12:15 p.m. Saturday, a resident and a visiting family member were home when two Asian men and an African-American man entered the home using a key and announced the robbery, police said.
Both occupants of the home were bound with zip ties and held in the living room, police said.
Meanwhile, the three robbers canvassed the home, taking electronics, cash and other valuables, police said.
Then, a third Asian man entered the home during the robbery and helped the other three robbers, police said.
All four then fled the home immediately after the robbery and left the scene by unknown means, police said.
