A 26-year-old Genoa Township father was hospitalized after two men wearing Halloween masks entered his home and stabbed him Monday, police said.

Livingston County Sheriff Bob Bezotte said there are believed to be two or more men involved in the home invasion, which occurred around 12:50 a.m. in the 4000 block of Hampton Ridge Boulevard, east of Latson Road and north of Grand River Avenue.

He said two men wearing Halloween masks entered the home and demanded money. He said the intruders began fighting with the victim, who was stabbed three times in the lower abdomen. . .
